Sandalwood, native to various Asian and African countries, as well as Australia and Hawaii, has its most renowned variant, Mysore sandalwood from India, recognized for its expense and fame. Widely used in perfumery, the wood can also be burned for its distinctive scent.

Immerse yourself in the beautiful aroma: the soft, zesty, and rich scent of sandalwood. This delicate wood is best warmed, not burned, to release the oil. Burning the wood can mask the oil's scent with wood smoke.

For optimal use, avoid high heat. Instead, employ an ashy coal (ensure it forms white ash, or wait longer for lower heat) and preferably a mica plate. The best results with this wood are achieved using an electric Subitism heater for incense burning at low heat.
